They were able to identify the error code the indoor unit had and send out a part to fix it within less than a full week. I would recommend family and friends to purchase a Senville Mini split over other competitors, mainly due to how easily it is to get parts and repair their units.

GBThe delivery was quick and on time The delivery was quick and on time. All the parts needed were included. My installer made quick work of installing the unit because it was that straightforward. It is so quiet, I forget that it is on. Now I am just waiting for a really hot South Texas day to see how well it performs.

GBSecond Senville unit I ordered 24k btu Aura unit. Delivery was fast and un damaged fed ex driver put the delivery in my garage. I have the unit installed but not yet commissioned. This is my second Senville unit. Totally happy with the first unit. I am a retired Commercial HVAC tech so I do my own installs.

GBNot a difficult install. HVAC installers are way to expensive! Ordering was straight forward and arrived in great condition. It’s only been a couple day, however start up temperatures were in the 34f-39f degrees and heating up to 95f degrees. For my big building the turbo mode was essential! We’ll see how it cools when it’s 100f degrees outside.

GBProduct Delivered On Time Product delivered well packaged and on time. Only issue I had was I needed the next larger unit, and had to return the first unit and was charged to ship it back and restocking. Disappointed since I was still purchasing a Senville product….
