The delivery was quick and on time The delivery was quick and on time. All the parts needed were included. My installer made quick work of installing the unit because it was that straightforward. It is so quiet, I forget that it is on. Now I am just waiting for a really hot South Texas day to see how well it performs.

I had a problem with my unit it was running too cold I had a problem with my unit it was running much colder than what it was set for. I called Senville and the technician walked me through a test operation. He then figured out what was wrong and sent me the replacement parts right away. All in all very good service

The order was delivered on time and in… The order was delivered on time and in perfect shape because of the way it was wrapped and prepared. The only strange thing about the delivery was the fact that two identical shipments showed up on the truck.somebody in your shipping dept mistakenly wrapped and shipped two orders rather than one.

After going through two representatives… After going through two representatives who were not that interested in the questions I had I did find Mathew at ex 1161. He was fabulous. The biggest issue I had was delivery. The FedX driver had no knowledge of the weight of the compressor and had no dolly or other device to help me get it where it needed to go. We picked it up and battled it to the downstairs deck. Not good. Some delivery method needs to be figured out to where this is not an issue.
