This unit was no good from the… This unit was no good from the beginning the outside unit was replaced eventually took forever but the inside unit is no good. Also, they refused to send me one customer service terrible product. I need help. It’s hot.

They provide good value and customer info. They provide good value and inform you of the delivery date along with the delivery company information. It arrives at a good time in my area without Damage to cartons or product. The driver unloaded and placed the units that were palletized where we asked him to in driveway.

I had a problem with my unit it was running too cold I had a problem with my unit it was running much colder than what it was set for. I called Senville and the technician walked me through a test operation. He then figured out what was wrong and sent me the replacement parts right away. All in all very good service

Not a difficult install. HVAC installers are way to expensive! Ordering was straight forward and arrived in great condition. It’s only been a couple day, however start up temperatures were in the 34f-39f degrees and heating up to 95f degrees. For my big building the turbo mode was essential! We’ll see how it cools when it’s 100f degrees outside.
