Well shipment came fast and at great… Well shipment came fast and at great price problem was it came damaged and with having a contract with a customer it's hard to explain that it's gonna be another two weeks to start .. they did give me 150.00 for inconvenience but that does even come close to being put back two weeks.. overall they took care of everything the best they could and for that I'm very appreciate for dealing with them.. definitely recommend this company

Second Senville unit I ordered 24k btu Aura unit. Delivery was fast and un damaged fed ex driver put the delivery in my garage. I have the unit installed but not yet commissioned. This is my second Senville unit. Totally happy with the first unit. I am a retired Commercial HVAC tech so I do my own installs.

Senville has amazing customer service Senville has amazing customer service! They were able to identify the error code the indoor unit had and send out a part to fix it within less than a full week. I would recommend family and friends to purchase a Senville Mini split over other competitors, mainly due to how easily it is to get parts and repair their units.
