ordered a scale for cosmetics and asked… ordered a scale for cosmetics and asked the customer service rep who is registered with the michigan weights department which scale to buy and they gave me a good recommendation and told me about how legally i didnt even need a scale of this caliber. if they are willing to lose money to tell you the truth, they can be trusted. Big thanks!

good solution for my problem Quick delivery, fair price, great solution to the problem I had (counting pills for dispensing--accuracy to 10 mg when the smallest pill in my "collection" in 90 mg is perfect). The only thing I would have wished for is that some calibration weights were included (for the calibration procedures on p. 14 of the manual). Most of us (I think) don't have 200 g and 400 g weights hanging around. It might cost $8-10 to provide one each of 200 gram and a 400 gram weights (which together can be the 600 g last calibration step, if I can still add...)

Retro-style mechanical scale won't break My old battery-powered digital scale stopped working after a few months. So I decided to go retro and order an old-fashioned mechanical scale with no batteries. This is a sturdy, well made scale. I would prefer larger easier-to-read numbers on the dial, but it's not a deal breaker. I use the 4 sliding plastic indicators to mark my current weight and my goal weight. This thing will probably outlive me.

Best choice for precision scales Excellent customer service and good selection/prices as compared to any other scales sites. I would never buy a precision instrument like this on mega-huge/cheap websites (you know who) - but even if you wanted to, the selections are bare and low-end. After a lot of researching and choosing to buy here, I would highly recommend scalesplus for anyone shopping for a scale for their business.
