GBI like how great “The Button” is I like how great “The Button” is. It’s small and fits right onto our guitarist’s pedal board. Other dmx controllers are too big and annoying to set up.

GBDon't purchase this item if you have 50lb aluminum Tanks I purchased what was describe as a 50lbs tank cover. I have 3 pcs 50lbs aluminum tanks. The cover was very big on my tanks and I happened to purchase 3 of them. I called and spoke to Nick, who advised that there wasn't much that could be done, except returning the items and be charged a 25% restocking fee. If it was my fault, I would agree with a restocking fee, but I don't think I should pay for an item that wasn't described as being possibly "too big" if used on aluminum 50lb tanks. So I have 3 items in my garage now collecting dust.. Thanks for your help Club Cannon!!

ATExcellent customer support I´ve purchased "The Button". Product meets my expectations and is fun to play with ;) Besides that customer support is very (!) quick and satisfactory. The LED´s on my button wouldnt work as intended, I´ve got immediate support and a replacement within the shortest possible time from the US to Europe. Also I received detailed instructions for replacing the LED module on my own for minimal product downtime. Repair was easy with the 3D animated instructions. Absolute recommendation for Club Cannon and "The Button"!
