The LED´s on my button wouldnt work as intended, I´ve got immediate support and a replacement within the shortest possible time from the US to Europe. Also I received detailed instructions for replacing the LED module on my own for minimal product downtime. Repair was easy with the 3D animated instructions. I like how great “The Button” is I like how great “The Button” is. It’s small and fits right onto our guitarist’s pedal board. Other dmx controllers are too big and annoying to set up.
