Thank you for the free shipping. Thank you for the free shipping.. I uncovered big confusion for you guys on your website.. too bad it was not corrected earlier.. I had to follow up at least 3 times and then decided to call. the call was what finally corrected the confusion and resulted in ordering the material. It may be helpful to describe the netting as woven. I thought it was single strands.. impressed it is woven.

It was packed good and didn't leak It was packed good and didn't leak, overall, no damages. Arrived in good working condition. I will probably re-order when it is time. I like the results of this product on carnivorous plants, orchids and sphagnum moss.

The instructions should clearly display the front and backside of the top piece. It wasn't clear, although in retrospect it was obvious, the the gorilla logo faces forward. If working in cramped quarters, clear and concise instructions are important.
