Above and Beyond I had concerns regarding the cost of shipping but your customer service went above and beyond to make sure that I got my order with a much lower cost. (UPS can choke regarding their customer service however) The people who packaged my order did a fantastic job making sure the tops didn't open and things didn't spill. Lots of padding and wrapping to keep everything intact. 25/10 will order again.

Good customer service Good customer service, but the operation flow sucks for customers. you act as a processing station? You don’t hold inventory. So if I order something, it has be sent to you first from target brand, then you send direct from to customers? I ordered something on the 3rd. Still isn’t arrived. Again, customer service is great. They will tell you it’s gonna be a while. Maybe mention that before checkout.

I received my fertilizer within a few days of ordering and it was well packaged so there was no damage for such a heavy item. The only hitch was receiving a text message at 2am telling me that my order had shipped. If that could be remedied, it can be a flawless experience.
