So if I order something, it has be sent to you first from target brand, then you send direct from to customers? I ordered something on the 3rd. Still isn’t arrived. Again, customer service is great. They will tell you it’s gonna be a while. Maybe mention that before checkout.

GBMonster gardens did there part well Monster gardens did there part well. Unfortunately the item ordered was defective. But all the plumbing was complete before realizing it was defective. So now I have constant dripping. But would have to return the item to get another. And that Unfortunately can't be done unless I want no water for 2 weeks or so.

GBBe careful of 1' extension in older homes Works great. Lots of ports. That said, the ceiling on this older home fits the 1' extension perfectly. The instructions should clearly display the front and backside of the top piece. It wasn't clear, although in retrospect it was obvious, the the gorilla logo faces forward. If working in cramped quarters, clear and concise instructions are important.

GBIt was packed good and didn't leak It was packed good and didn't leak, overall, no damages. Arrived in good working condition. I will probably re-order when it is time. I like the results of this product on carnivorous plants, orchids and sphagnum moss.
