A helping Hand!! On 12/1/23 my tracking stated my package was delivered, I didn’t get it! I called on Monday 1/4/23 and spoke to Justin, he said he would look into it and call me back, he did call me back right away and said it was going to be delivered on 1/4/23 and it was!!! He had just walked in the door that morning and found my package for me, he’s an angel!

I received my fertilizer within a few days of ordering and it was well packaged so there was no damage for such a heavy item. The only hitch was receiving a text message at 2am telling me that my order had shipped. If that could be remedied, it can be a flawless experience.

I ordered from them the first time and… I ordered from them the first time and got exactly what I wanted which to be honest I was surprised because I always get something different than what’s advertised not from these guys. So I ordered a second time and unfortunately they were out of the product That I needed so they called to let me know and gave me a prompt full refund.
