Service on the phone is great However...... Service on the phone is great. However they do know that I call because the on-line ordering is horrible. It results in incorrect orders and information. As someone that orders all day long on multiple sites that provide drop shipping, this site is not good. I use it for a limited number of parts despite favorable pricing on other items.

Great Company Website, price, overall customer experience was great. Almost felt like it couldn’t be true to have that good an experience for an obscure part I had not been able to even source from OEM.

When you need it MurCal has it. I have been using Murphy instruments since 1985 and they are the best. The problem in my section of the country is getting the stuff at a reasonable price. MurCal has become my "Go to" for Murphy replacement parts. Prices are good, parts , for me at least, are always in stock and the shipping is reasonable. In today's world that is an accomplishment. Keep up the good work.

My company had a late Friday emergency… My company had a late Friday emergency need for one of our units that went down. Since we operate in Eastern Time, I reached out to MurCal and the sales person was very helpful. He verified the part was physically on their shelf and had it sent overnight to us. We appreciated the great customer service and taking the steps to ensure we received the part asap.
