MurCal. Prompt. Efficient. I contacted three other suppliers for Murphy swichgauges before remembering I had previously dealt with MurCal. I have the gauges from MurCal already. Two of the others have not responded and one could offer no technical help. I think that says it all!!!

Service on the phone is great However...... Service on the phone is great. However they do know that I call because the on-line ordering is horrible. It results in incorrect orders and information. As someone that orders all day long on multiple sites that provide drop shipping, this site is not good. I use it for a limited number of parts despite favorable pricing on other items.

Very knowledgeable Very knowledgeable, helpful, and got parts out door same day. I often spend that long getting a hold of the tech who really knows what I need :-) I'm sure this is part of the reason caterpillar sent me to them to solve my custom control application.
