Shipping disaster Called for a quote and shipping time. All sounded good at first until the delivery date. Called the company back and they say they were barely shipping the day before expected delivery time to us, stating the delivery will not reach us until the following week. Which is way too late for the large event being held, and forcing us to utilize a rental company for equipment and completely shifting our plan. Massive inconvenience. Make sure you order with time with this company, we only purchased because we were told we would receive before our event, and clearly expressed that to the rep, and confirming with me they would deliver on time. That didn’t happen. Ask for reassurance.

Delivery could have been better Delivery could have been better coordinated. Dropped pallet, no way to move it from the traffic path, then had to buy metal cutters to break down the pallet.
