Speedy Delivery! They provided a great turnover in shipping these units. I ordered 64 for 22 different locations and for most, they shipped within hours of me placing the order. I appreciated the timeliness. The website was very easy to use. My suggestion is - if you are placing multiple orders, go ahead and create an account. While you do get an email confirmation of your items - its easier to navigate with them all in one place. Stellar quality and overall positive experience.

Christina was very good on working with… Christina was very good on working with me for pricing and follow up. Your delivery was quick and efficient, and your guys shrink wrapped order very nicely. Only suggestion on wrap might need to put some padding on ends to eliminate hook loops from getting bent from pallets bumping into each other or use a pallet a little longer than panels so they can not get to hooks.

Shipping disaster Called for a quote and shipping time. All sounded good at first until the delivery date. Called the company back and they say they were barely shipping the day before expected delivery time to us, stating the delivery will not reach us until the following week. Which is way too late for the large event being held, and forcing us to utilize a rental company for equipment and completely shifting our plan. Massive inconvenience. Make sure you order with time with this company, we only purchased because we were told we would receive before our event, and clearly expressed that to the rep, and confirming with me they would deliver on time. That didn’t happen. Ask for reassurance.
