Shipping disaster Called for a quote and shipping time. All sounded good at first until the delivery date. Called the company back and they say they were barely shipping the day before expected delivery time to us, stating the delivery will not reach us until the following week. Which is way too late for the large event being held, and forcing us to utilize a rental company for equipment and completely shifting our plan. Massive inconvenience. Make sure you order with time with this company, we only purchased because we were told we would receive before our event, and clearly expressed that to the rep, and confirming with me they would deliver on time. That didn’t happen. Ask for reassurance.

Great Team managing your phones! When I called with questions as we are using your product to solve an equine related challenge, the support person was fantastic and answered all my questions. Then after placing my order on the easy to use website, I realized I forgot to choose the correct delivery address. I called back and the support person graciously corrected my order for me.

I accidentally used the wrong card to pay for an order and she was very quick to reverse the payment and set up a new order for me to pay with the correct card. She was also very efficient and helpful when my order arrived with incorrect parts. She got a new order out to me in the same day.
