Great product, great customer service Great product, great customer service. I initially ordered two large stanchions and sign holders, which promptly arrived the next day and worked perfectly for my business needs. The stanchions were of great quality, so I decided to order a bunch more, this time with custom printed belts. Fabio was incredibly helpful with the process, and promptly responded to all my emails and calls. I will definitely use Crowd Control Company again!

Shipping disaster Called for a quote and shipping time. All sounded good at first until the delivery date. Called the company back and they say they were barely shipping the day before expected delivery time to us, stating the delivery will not reach us until the following week. Which is way too late for the large event being held, and forcing us to utilize a rental company for equipment and completely shifting our plan. Massive inconvenience. Make sure you order with time with this company, we only purchased because we were told we would receive before our event, and clearly expressed that to the rep, and confirming with me they would deliver on time. That didn’t happen. Ask for reassurance.
