Delivery could have been better Delivery could have been better coordinated. Dropped pallet, no way to move it from the traffic path, then had to buy metal cutters to break down the pallet.

She was also very efficient and helpful when my order arrived with incorrect parts. She got a new order out to me in the same day.

Only suggestion on wrap might need to put some padding on ends to eliminate hook loops from getting bent from pallets bumping into each other or use a pallet a little longer than panels so they can not get to hooks.
