Great deal for the price "I purchased directly from Omtech due to there was a July 4th sale. I'd recommend this for anyone who's comfortable getting his hands dirty. Worked great out of the box. Only issue was a broken lock on a passthru panel, but the replacement arrived in days. I didn't even have my ventilation system finished before it arrived. Overall, if you've tried an LED laser before, this is like driving a Porsche when your only frame of reference is a go-kart. Way faster, better, and amazing. Just be prepared to maintain it properly or I'll die on you."

I believe anything I need to learn or do has a person who has already done it and explains on YouTube or Forums. Plus they point out the features of product applied to their demo.

I'm completely let down by your lack of responsiveness. You mentioned you'd give me a call, but I've been waiting for days with no word. This is incredibly frustrating, and my business is taking a hit because of your lack of support.
