BAD Service! I needed a nutrient for my grow, so I searched for the quickest, cheapest, & easiest! A week into my purchase I didn’t receive and tracking number nor did I receive an email giving me a eta of the nutrient I had already paid for. I sent an email and NATHAN from La Garden Supply responded and couldn’t help me in any way, and didn’t seem to care about my order at all soo thinkk before you try to order u might not receive anything. I am currently asking for a refund and have to go elsewhere while my plants are starving haha have a good day though !

Best customer service I’ve experienced… Best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Placed small ordered and it was handled the same as a $5000 order. Communication was great and order processing and delivery time EXCEEDED expectations. Will definitely do business with these folks again. AAA+++ !!!

Great customer service agent nathen… Great customer service agent nathen figured out my issue in about 10 min total time from sending email to finding out what was going on was 29 min. They would get 5 stars from my if they could cut down shipping cost.

We are starting a non-profit… We are starting a non-profit permaculture learning site. Plantplants.org. We are growing blackberries, elderberries, gooseberries, and raspberries. We cleaned up a 20 acre site with 10,000 tires and several hundred abandoned cars. We were getting ready to plant and found out we had 90% clay for the planting medium. Now we have switch to raised bed and planter model. Our costs have increased dramatically. We were optimistically looking at expense of about $2 per 25 gal bed. This store offers 25 gal planter at just over $6 if order in bulk. After receiving a sample order, it looks like a great product, but just a little out of our budget needing a 1,000 plus containers.

The product was as advertised and it… The product was as advertised and it arrived quickly! I will definitely purchase my supplies from this company again!
