GBExcellent service. Excellent service. Unfortunately, we are not able to use the product purchased for Hydroponic farming because there was coloring added to the product. I used a different vendor to reorder with a higher level of the acid. Not sure that I would order again without asking for the specs, first.

GBMissing items twice! Order was missing 52, 7 gal cloth grow bags. Order details showed the order had been completed. Contacted company who responded quickly and stated they just hadn't shipped yet. I did receive the package a few days later but it only contained 42 bags instead of 52. I'm way too busy to have to go to this much trouble and still get screwed. Won't be doing business here again.

GBBAD Service! I needed a nutrient for my grow, so I searched for the quickest, cheapest, & easiest! A week into my purchase I didn’t receive and tracking number nor did I receive an email giving me a eta of the nutrient I had already paid for. I sent an email and NATHAN from La Garden Supply responded and couldn’t help me in any way, and didn’t seem to care about my order at all soo thinkk before you try to order u might not receive anything. I am currently asking for a refund and have to go elsewhere while my plants are starving haha have a good day though !
