Here's my Gripe with this place- -- Nov 1 2020 Order Number: SOC4392082 We ordered Mega Grid Brackets.. They Arrived a Bit Too Large.. We requested a Refund / We were issued a RMA# Cost was $26.066 Full Compass Refused to provide a return label. We were forced to Pay the return shipping back to Full Compass @ $16.00 -Today Nov 19 2020 I had asked them as to Why i had to Pay the Return Costs.. Their reply was ( Its The Customer's Responsibility ) I Would Like My Money Back! Either way I will Most Definitely Share our Experience with All of our associates / friends.
