GBI purchased the EVRL laser for 17k I purchased the EVRL laser for 17k, the first week I had it it malfunctioned and had to get a replacement. This was August of 2022. In late November the base charger quit working, I had to send it in for repairs and it took 2 weeks to get it back, a wire was broken inside the unit for no apparent reason. Got it back and 6 weeks later the base has the same problem. They refuse to replace it and are going to jimmy rig it again. They only have a 30 day replacement policy. Terrible quality control, horrible customer service. All about profit not quality of product.

GBErchonia, is out of business. I have left them a phone call, an email and called both their service and sales departments. The sales department phone just kept ringing and never stopped. No return of the message left almost a week ago for their service department. Have not heard back on the email: They are apparently out of business.

GBI first heard about Erchonia while… I first heard about Erchonia while studying for board reviews in 2010. One of smartest docs I’ve ever met, Dr. John Donofrio, mentioned that he used Erchonia lasers for a wide array of health issues. Since then, Erchonia has continued to pilot much of the studies proving the safety and efficacy of low level lasers. We’ve implemented these amazing devices into our functional medicine and neurology protocols and feel confident knowing that what we’re using will help delivery superior outcomes without putting the patient at risk like with other high power lasers. Get an Erchonia laser; great company, great research and great lasers!

GBTheir lack of support is truly disheartening. It is very disheartening when you spend over $50,000.00 on a laser from Erchonia and they leave you high and dry when it comes to support. I purchased the Z-6 Zerona laser to offer services to my local community. They have absolutely NO WAY TO SERVICE THE DEVICE outside of their local facility, which is in the process of moving, again. Guess what Zack just told me over the phone? "Oh, well, we are about to move to SC, so you should wait till November before sending your malfunctioning Zerona because we won't be able to work on it, oh and by the way, we don't have loaner units to send." So, let me get this straight, I spend over $50,000.00 on this machine and I have patients waiting to use it, but now, I won't be able to use it for over 60 days and can't even get a loaner while they have it and service it? What else? I have to figure out a way to send this gigantic thing to them because they don't help with that either. Oh, and this is the SECOND TIME this machine has failed on me in a short time of use, so that should tell you something. They 'boast' that they are a family owned business, but guess what? So is mine and they are hurting my business with their lack of support. Oh, and their lack of empathy is truly appalling.

GBErchonia low level lasers are a pivotal… Erchonia low level lasers are a pivotal part of our practice. Healing at the cellular level and improving energy production really does get people better faster. I couldn’t imagine not having these amazing tools by my side each day.
