Erchonia, is out of business. I have left them a phone call, an email and called both their service and sales departments. The sales department phone just kept ringing and never stopped. No return of the message left almost a week ago for their service department. Have not heard back on the email: They are apparently out of business.

I purchased the EVRL laser for 17k I purchased the EVRL laser for 17k, the first week I had it it malfunctioned and had to get a replacement. This was August of 2022. In late November the base charger quit working, I had to send it in for repairs and it took 2 weeks to get it back, a wire was broken inside the unit for no apparent reason. Got it back and 6 weeks later the base has the same problem. They refuse to replace it and are going to jimmy rig it again. They only have a 30 day replacement policy. Terrible quality control, horrible customer service. All about profit not quality of product.
