CAMovement Room Collaborative Practice What is very special about this company is their collaborative practice between kinesiology/physiotherapy/massage therapy. The clinicians talk to each other about their plans for the clients and work towards a plan that is both safe and progressive for the parts of the body that are not working so well. They are open to outside information and client feedback, and are quite flexible about appointments. They are a model for the community in how professionals with different training can work together to create better outcomes for clients! They are also respectful of mask-wearing for people who ask, which was a very important factor in my decision to go to in-person services in their small but well-stocked facility. Furthermore, the exercise program can be done online, which is a great bonus.

GBThe Movement room is the place to go Structured sessions, great content that really works and makes a difference to body shape, health and wellbeing. A fantastic community atmosphere and the gym is in a lovely setting.

GBI’ve never been a fan of going to the… I’ve never been a fan of going to the gym but MVMT have created something special. They provide a wealth of experience and knowledge and apply it to individuals in small groups achieving a very friendly and nurturing experience. I’ve become stronger and feel and move better as a result. Thank you MVMT

GBMvmt room The Mvmt room is a well knit community with supportive members and staff. Whether your trying to build strength or recover from an injury, the mvmt room caters to everyone. I couldn’t recommend them enough. For someone who was terrified of joining the gym, I am now confident to train on my own and to join more classes.

GBBest gym I’ve ever been to! The Mvmt rooms is honestly the best gym I’ve been part of. If you’re nervous about a gym setting or classes everyone will make you feel so at home and the trainers are super friendly and lovely. I’ve learnt a lot about my body and how it moves and my bad back is a thing of the past! I look forward to the classes each week.
