GBLove it! I never thought I would enjoy strength training but I cannot recommend MVMT enough. Tom & Alex are fab, they’re supportive and encouraging. The group classes are a perfect size. Everyone is super friendly. I only wish I could attend more!

GBMVMT Rooms are the best! Small classes, knowledgeable,professional and friendly staff and a great community of members. Having never tried mobility or strength training before, I joined after loving my experience on a 7 day trial. That was 5 months ago and I’ve been training at the MVMT Rooms ever since (and seeing great results). I can’t recommend training with Sam, Alex and Tom highly enough.

GBWhat a place Stumbled my way to see Sam the physio almost a year ago, then started dipping my toe into a few of the PAYG classes with Alex and now have been a fully fledged member for 4 months as well as continuing regular physio sessions & I LOVE IT! This place is great and have made so much progress since joining post-partum, in seriously bad shape and in need of rehab, to now - stronger than I’ve ever been. Both Sam and Alex that run it, as well as the rest of the team- are amazing are SO SO knowledgable. I’ve been going to gyms most of my adult life and I still learn something new every time I come to a class. The classes are fab, and a good selection of times, mixed abilities and importantly no egos! and a special mention for the mobility classes as there is nothing like them around here They really care about training the right way. The lads have built something special here at the mvmt rooms and I feel privileged to be part of their little community they’ve built, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

GBBEST GYM EVER I was really apprehensive approaching weight training, I’ve always had spine niggles which prevented me from sticking with any training programmes due to me getting injured. I’d seen various physical therapists with no joy & avoided exercise because of this. I started with some 1-1s with Alex, working through some breath work & mobility and worked up to joining group classes from last Summer. My body has never felt so good, I feel stronger, much more mobile & no longer have chronic pain. It sounds cliché, but true, it’s a real community. We have a LOT of laughs, share each other’s wins & have some fantastic socials. A huge THANK YOU to you all at The MVMT Room!

GBReally, really great 🙂 The team are supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. Exactly what's needed, if like myself, you are considering doing something outside of your comfort zone. The friendly and encouraging atmosphere here, along with the way the classes work, are just a few other things that make this place really, really great.
