CAMovement Room Collaborative Practice What is very special about this company is their collaborative practice between kinesiology/physiotherapy/massage therapy. The clinicians talk to each other about their plans for the clients and work towards a plan that is both safe and progressive for the parts of the body that are not working so well. They are open to outside information and client feedback, and are quite flexible about appointments. They are a model for the community in how professionals with different training can work together to create better outcomes for clients! They are also respectful of mask-wearing for people who ask, which was a very important factor in my decision to go to in-person services in their small but well-stocked facility. Furthermore, the exercise program can be done online, which is a great bonus.

GBReally, really great 🙂 The team are supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. Exactly what's needed, if like myself, you are considering doing something outside of your comfort zone. The friendly and encouraging atmosphere here, along with the way the classes work, are just a few other things that make this place really, really great.

GBGreat gym - great people After finally plucking up the courage to sign up for the 7 day free membership, I haven’t looked back. As someone who has never really enjoyed going to a gym, I love the community feel of the MVMT Room, it definitely isn’t your average gym. The small class sizes are great as are the people that attend them. The coaches, Alex, Sam and Tom, take the time to get to know you and help guide you through all the exercises offering fantastic support and advice along the way. There are even regular fun socials to attend. A fabulous fitness community!

GBBEST GYM EVER I was really apprehensive approaching weight training, I’ve always had spine niggles which prevented me from sticking with any training programmes due to me getting injured. I’d seen various physical therapists with no joy & avoided exercise because of this. I started with some 1-1s with Alex, working through some breath work & mobility and worked up to joining group classes from last Summer. My body has never felt so good, I feel stronger, much more mobile & no longer have chronic pain. It sounds cliché, but true, it’s a real community. We have a LOT of laughs, share each other’s wins & have some fantastic socials. A huge THANK YOU to you all at The MVMT Room!

GBLove it! I never thought I would enjoy strength training but I cannot recommend MVMT enough. Tom & Alex are fab, they’re supportive and encouraging. The group classes are a perfect size. Everyone is super friendly. I only wish I could attend more!
