The product is absolute trash The product is absolute trash. The reviews that are positive must be fake because whatever they shipped is not real. There’s a reason they put threatening legal language about chargebacks on their website - they know they’re selling trash and they want to scare you into not calling them on it. Going to send in a sample of what they shipped for testing to confirm what it actually is, but in the meantime I suggest you stay away from this, it’s a scam.

Customer service is typically good, my only gripe is I sent a PM on 3/23. I had an issue with their loyalty rewards, I claimed my reward however the discount was not applied and didn't reflect on my bill I believe there was a glitch, never had an issue like this in the past.
