Always been good to me Have always had good service with this site. Weights can be off at times but not by much. Leads me to believe alot of these negative reviews are simply to slander the compitition. Products always good shipping times are quick and prices are fair. I love Synaptex

The product is absolute trash The product is absolute trash. The reviews that are positive must be fake because whatever they shipped is not real. There’s a reason they put threatening legal language about chargebacks on their website - they know they’re selling trash and they want to scare you into not calling them on it. Going to send in a sample of what they shipped for testing to confirm what it actually is, but in the meantime I suggest you stay away from this, it’s a scam.

Great product and the quality is on point! Great product and the quality is on point. Ordering is simple and easy. Several payment options are available. Customer service is typically good, my only gripe is I sent a PM on 3/23. I had an issue with their loyalty rewards, I claimed my reward however the discount was not applied and didn't reflect on my bill I believe there was a glitch, never had an issue like this in the past. I received no communication from Chris. Again great product delivered in a timely manner.

I have been using Synaptex-Unlimited… I have been using Synaptex-Unlimited for a few months now and they are the absolute best vendor I have used, and I've used quite a few. They are very diligent and professional when it comes to their business and their customers, they always keep you informed via email what's happening with my order. So... So.... I've ordered successfully many times from them with no problem. But lately they claim they have supply chain issues and had to switch locations. Okay, fine. On their website it said they would be shipping out again Tuesday or Wednesday. I ordered on Wednesday with overnight shipping. Today is Thursday, obviously I didn't get my shipment and no response to my email. No notification of anything being shipped. I spent $58 on overnight shipping, and I'm left sitting holding the bag with nothing to show for it. Do not order from this company.
