I had an issue with their loyalty rewards, I claimed my reward however the discount was not applied and didn't reflect on my bill I believe there was a glitch, never had an issue like this in the past. From my experience From my experience, these guys are legit. I've ordered over a dozen times and never had an issue. A couple times my delivery was late due to a fedex issue, but not synaptex fault. These guys are one of 3 vendors that I currently use and I would recommend them. Follow the ordering instructions and you should be fine.
