Always been good to me Have always had good service with this site. Weights can be off at times but not by much. Leads me to believe alot of these negative reviews are simply to slander the compitition. Products always good shipping times are quick and prices are fair. I love Synaptex

Didn't ship the same day (Monday) even… Didn't ship the same day (Monday) even when my order went into the system Sunday night. Tuesday afternoon and no response to any of my email replies. Oh and bogus phone number on their site. Some chick answers and says who the f?

So... So.... I've ordered successfully many times from them with no problem. But lately they claim they have supply chain issues and had to switch locations. Okay, fine. On their website it said they would be shipping out again Tuesday or Wednesday. I ordered on Wednesday with overnight shipping. Today is Thursday, obviously I didn't get my shipment and no response to my email. No notification of anything being shipped. I spent $58 on overnight shipping, and I'm left sitting holding the bag with nothing to show for it. Do not order from this company.
