Customer service is typically good, my only gripe is I sent a PM on 3/23. I had an issue with their loyalty rewards, I claimed my reward however the discount was not applied and didn't reflect on my bill I believe there was a glitch, never had an issue like this in the past. I received no communication from Chris. Again great product delivered in a timely manner.

They are prompt, professional, communication is excellent, open honest, and just overall the best out there at what they do by FAR. Don’t listen to the negative reviews because they are FAKE. Synaptex is legit and incredible and you cannot go wrong with them. Take my word for it.

From my experience From my experience, these guys are legit. I've ordered over a dozen times and never had an issue. A couple times my delivery was late due to a fedex issue, but not synaptex fault. These guys are one of 3 vendors that I currently use and I would recommend them. Follow the ordering instructions and you should be fine.

I love this site ! however I love this site !! Been ordering for a few months now very fast never an issue until last order I made on December 31 before the cut off but have not yet heard anything not really like them I also understand they are in the middle of a transition hopefully I hear more about this last order later today Monday January 3

So... So.... I've ordered successfully many times from them with no problem. But lately they claim they have supply chain issues and had to switch locations. Okay, fine. On their website it said they would be shipping out again Tuesday or Wednesday. I ordered on Wednesday with overnight shipping. Today is Thursday, obviously I didn't get my shipment and no response to my email. No notification of anything being shipped. I spent $58 on overnight shipping, and I'm left sitting holding the bag with nothing to show for it. Do not order from this company.
