just browsing when I read the reviews I was actually just going through the reviews before I bought anything, But honestly.... Even if the person who is giving you a bad review is the same person OR NOT. The business response was enough to make me look else where, I'm sorry it just wasn't very professional.

I have ordered many times from Synaptex… I have ordered many times from Synaptex because they have an overnight shipping option whereas other sites only offer 2-3 days. Also because they have the payment method I need. I’ve never had an order missed like other sites and they have always shipped out same day. The only problem I have which is a rather big problem is that the product differs frequently. Sometimes it seems weaker than normal and sometimes it seems like it is a different product all together. I always order sodium but I have ordered sulfate before to try it. Sometimes when I order sodium it will act exactly like sulfate. I did message before and he said his supplier hasn’t changed so I figured there’s just nothing really I can do about it.

My Paid Pre-order Never Shipped The company has been having supply issues according to the "state of synaptex" updates on the website. With that said, I "pre-ordered" and paid for tianeptine sodium on the 14th that was supposed to ship out the following afternoon , or the day after at the latest . However, not only has it failed to ship, my email inquiries have been ignored. I have made dozens of orders this last year but this was my last.

From my experience From my experience, these guys are legit. I've ordered over a dozen times and never had an issue. A couple times my delivery was late due to a fedex issue, but not synaptex fault. These guys are one of 3 vendors that I currently use and I would recommend them. Follow the ordering instructions and you should be fine.

I love this site ! however I love this site !! Been ordering for a few months now very fast never an issue until last order I made on December 31 before the cut off but have not yet heard anything not really like them I also understand they are in the middle of a transition hopefully I hear more about this last order later today Monday January 3
