My Paid Pre-order Never Shipped The company has been having supply issues according to the "state of synaptex" updates on the website. With that said, I "pre-ordered" and paid for tianeptine sodium on the 14th that was supposed to ship out the following afternoon , or the day after at the latest . However, not only has it failed to ship, my email inquiries have been ignored. I have made dozens of orders this last year but this was my last.

The product is absolute trash The product is absolute trash. The reviews that are positive must be fake because whatever they shipped is not real. There’s a reason they put threatening legal language about chargebacks on their website - they know they’re selling trash and they want to scare you into not calling them on it. Going to send in a sample of what they shipped for testing to confirm what it actually is, but in the meantime I suggest you stay away from this, it’s a scam.

I have been using Synaptex-Unlimited… I have been using Synaptex-Unlimited for a few months now and they are the absolute best vendor I have used, and I've used quite a few. They are very diligent and professional when it comes to their business and their customers, they always keep you informed via email what's happening with my order. Excellent Products, Excellent Company. Been using this company for about a year and I’ve never had ONE bad experience! They are prompt, professional, communication is excellent, open honest, and just overall the best out there at what they do by FAR. Don’t listen to the negative reviews because they are FAKE. Synaptex is legit and incredible and you cannot go wrong with them. Take my word for it.

I have ordered many times from Synaptex… I have ordered many times from Synaptex because they have an overnight shipping option whereas other sites only offer 2-3 days. Also because they have the payment method I need. I’ve never had an order missed like other sites and they have always shipped out same day. The only problem I have which is a rather big problem is that the product differs frequently. Sometimes it seems weaker than normal and sometimes it seems like it is a different product all together. I always order sodium but I have ordered sulfate before to try it. Sometimes when I order sodium it will act exactly like sulfate. I did message before and he said his supplier hasn’t changed so I figured there’s just nothing really I can do about it.
