Been ordering for a few months now very fast never an issue until last order I made on December 31 before the cut off but have not yet heard anything not really like them I also understand they are in the middle of a transition hopefully I hear more about this last order later today Monday January 3

They are prompt, professional, communication is excellent, open honest, and just overall the best out there at what they do by FAR. Don’t listen to the negative reviews because they are FAKE. I have ordered many times from Synaptex… I have ordered many times from Synaptex because they have an overnight shipping option whereas other sites only offer 2-3 days. Also because they have the payment method I need. I’ve never had an order missed like other sites and they have always shipped out same day. The only problem I have which is a rather big problem is that the product differs frequently. Sometimes it seems weaker than normal and sometimes it seems like it is a different product all together. I always order sodium but I have ordered sulfate before to try it. Sometimes when I order sodium it will act exactly like sulfate. I did message before and he said his supplier hasn’t changed so I figured there’s just nothing really I can do about it.
