GBLiterally gave me my life back I reached out to Wave Fitness for strength training after a fairly significant injury. Although I had been cleared by the doctors to proceed with strength training, I was in so much pain at the time, I could barely function. I literally had to stop working because of the pain. It has been a year since I started training with Vlad. To say that he has been one of the biggest blessings is an understatement. Vlad set out to understand my training needs and then planned a training strategy tailored to those needs. We started with exercises that matched my capabilities at the time and he patiently worked with me to help me get stronger. Vlad is a fantastic trainer with unparalleled patience and kindness. His laser focus on helping me get better has produced fantastic results. I can resume my career and a few months ago, I was able to take a long flight to be at a family emergency. I am 100% sure that without Vlad's training, I would not have been able to take the trip. I would not be the person I am today, which is a fully functional person who has left the painful injury in my past. I am able to resume my life and enjoy doing things I had almost given up on. Wave Fitness gave me my life back. Vlad, you are a special person without equal. I'm forever grateful to you for my new life and for the bright future I can once again look forward to.

GBI've been working with Natasha for a… I've been working with Natasha for a month now. I can feel and see progress already. It's consistent and steady but it's there. She's very personable but at the same time making sure all exercises are performed correctly to achieve maximum results. I love that she makes sure I get enough of stretching. My muscles have never been sore after our work outs but I'm becoming stronger. She's a great trainer! I'll continue to work with her for months to come!
