Life Changing Results are Possible I have been working with Eric and Bach Performance since May of this year. Eric listened and understood my needs and goals. He designed a progressive program that built strength, accountability, and results. I started out at 192#, today I am at 175-177#, with a goal of 165#. At first I was unsure of the reults, but my friends could see it. As I continued to work the program, I started to see small results. The results started coming incrementaly and consistently. Recently, I was in the locker room after my workout. While grabbing my stuff, a couple of guys were talking, saying they needed to lose some weight. One of them turned and pointed to me, saying I need to get lean like him. I've never heard someone describe me as lean. I looked at him puzzled, he went on to say, I see you in here all the time, others see you, you work hard, you are dedicated. I used to have the self-image of being fat, but I look in the mirror and I have to say, I'm getting lean. I am really happy with the results, both physically and internally. If you have the opportunity to work with Eric and Bach Performance, do it. But only do it if you are ready, committed and want to see results.

Bach Performance is a Prescription for Success I started my fitness journey over five years ago, and as I was searching through social media for workout and life advice, Eric stood apart as someone who really had done the research and knew what he was talking about. After trying on my own and falling off the wagon a couple of times, I decided it would be good to hire a coach to help me get lean and build muscle. As a pharmacist, I always look for someone smarter than me when asking for help. And Eric was truthfully the only person on social media giving a consistent message that was an evidence-based approach to fitness. Over a two-month period, I had lost 15 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of lean muscle. He taught me how to structure workouts to prevent injury and get the maximum benefit without living in the gym. His nutrition plans are easy to follow and are adaptable to my goals. He checks in every week to ensure he is helping and what he can do better. Eric is an excellent coach for overall fitness and nutrition, but also for success and goals. The most effective thing he ever did to help was when I was doubting the process. He just told me to grow a pair and stick to the program, and I would see the results we were working on. If you are looking for a no-crap, evidence-based, easy-to-follow fitness approach, I definitely recommend Bach Performance!!!

I have been working with Eric for over… I have been working with Eric for over 5 years now. I had gotten myself as far along the fitness path as I could my myself and needed some expertise to get me across the finish line. Was focused on getting lean and now my body fat is 16%. He tweaks my plan based on my changing goals and lifestyle needs . He is fantastic to work with and always provides some new tips to help me push through my goals whether fitness or nutrition based.

Love Smart Trainers. I started following Eric a couple of years ago on IG. He’s smart! Everything he says and posts is legit. I wasn’t a newby to fitness but had fallen out of love with anything exercise. I hired him bc I needed someone I believed in and trusted. After 3 months of being reminded daily to get out of bed, go walk, be consistent with workouts, breathe and eat better (thats the hardest) Having someone to hold me accountable, I’ve made some solid changes. I am 48 and my goals for 50 are steep. My schedule is challenging but he helped me to make time bc even when it’s hard and feels impossible, there is something we can change to make the impossible, possible. I’m certainly more confident in my swimsuit and in general. My depression is better. My sleep is better. My body feels and looks better.
