GBAs I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?

CAPool vacuum Easy to put together and simple to operated but it doesn’t pick up the big leaf at the bottom of the pool. After using it for more than a month the pool looking much better this robot is brushing the wall very good I liked it a lot It doing a good job to keep the pool very clean.

GBVery responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. GBCheap means cheap I charged it up per instructions, it showed fully charged, and only lasted not even 30 minutes. I feel I've been ripped off. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

GBExcellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had to return the model I purchased because it only worked with flat bottom pools and mine has a slope. Customer service made the return so easy, quick and no headaches. The refund was within 3 days. Alot of companies out there could learn from them on how customer service should be like.
