About Aiper Official

The inspiration behind Aiper comes from a story of a father's love for his son. In the summer of 2017, we received a letter from an old customer and friend named Jason. His son tripped on the long wire of a corded pool cleaner that he was using, fell, and struck his head He comforted his little boy and promised he'd never get hurt again. A personal touch and innovation, this is how we at Aiper develop our products. Aiper's cordless robotic pool cleaner was born at that moment. The cordless feature making pool cleaning simpler, and safer. Compact, lightweight, and safe battery operated, Aiper create the best gift for people to enjoy their pools daily.

Aiper dolphin pro Aiper dolphin pro, for our in ground pool, which is 25‘ x 30‘ 4 foot to 6 foot on a full charge it will do the entire bottom of the pool and I cannot believe how it would actually climb the walls up to the tile. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to knock out the pool cleaning, but it does everything. It says it does very simple to use every penny to keep me from having to vacuum and scrub every other day.

Trick or treat I ordered the Aiper Seagull PRO in Dec 2023. After multiple attempts to understand what happened to my order, I finally received the robot almost 4 weeks later. The box arrived in Spain without damage. I tested the robot. It was definitely not performing as expected. I contacted support and advised to send the robot back for a refund or exchange. I had high hopes for this machine so went ahead for an exchange. The second box arrived faster this time. However, Aiper sent me the Seagull PRO LITE instead of the Seagull PRO - Like I wouldn´t notice I was sent the cheaper version. I raised the concern. Aiper support tried to justify that this was a better version, expect that it is not and is also cheaper than what I paid. I don´t appreciate being tricked. Result = Returned goods and 1 star review for trying to load on me a cheaper version

Great Communication Aiper communicated well through unexpected delays. The warehouse for Canadian orders was short on stock after selling out before xmas. They were able to give me an honest answer and an accurate timeline for when the product would be available to ship. From what I can tell, they have great product support.

Product Received in a timely fashion… Product Received in a timely fashion with superior packaging and start up instructions. Have only used the Scuba S1 a few times, but so far so good. It navigates the design of our pool really well.

I paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!
