I have had nothing but trouble with… I have had nothing but trouble with this unit since day one, customer service is hard to get in touch with and when you finally talk to them they are not helpful at all i am completely dissatisfied. I would recommend not purchasing this product, spend a little more money and get the good stuff.

Great end of season deal for us! I know Aiper will probably have a new model for the next swim season, but getting such a great discount on the top of line robotic pool cleaner was amazing. The one we bought 2years ago still works perfectly, and saves us a lot of time! Can't wait to try the new one! Communication and shipping were top notch.

Customer Service was super easy to work with! I have a very odd shaped pool so the cleaner was having difficulty cleaning the entire thing. What it was able to do it did fairly well but I did have to help it off my main drains several times. I emailed customer service and they were super easy to deal with. They responded by the next day, sent me a return label and then credited me my purchase price within two days of me dropping it off at my FexEx carrier. Thank you for being so understanding and easy to work with!

I paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!
