The inspiration behind Aiper comes from a story of a father's love for his son. In the summer of 2017, we received a letter from an old customer and friend named Jason. His son tripped on the long wire of a corded pool cleaner that he was using, fell, and struck his head He comforted his little boy and promised he'd never get hurt again. A personal touch and innovation, this is how we at Aiper develop our products. Aiper's cordless robotic pool cleaner was born at that moment. cute robot the product so far does what it's supposed to do. I have questions I hope you can respond to. We have a kidney shaped pool and going up the sides is curved. Will I be alright using side cleaning even though it is not a rectangular pool . There are also granular step and seats inside the kidney shaped pool. Would I be safer just using cleaning floor option. It goes about a foot up the curved side and comes back on floor only cleaning. Should I try side cleaning also? is there any danger to the Aiper vacuum?

It has now been 3 weeks since I placed… It has now been 3 weeks since I placed an order for the Aiper Scuba S1 pro Cordless Robotic Pool cleaner, and I have not received any indication as to when my order will ship. Of course I ordered the pool cleaner as I am in need of one to clean my pool. If this order is not going to ship in the very near future I will need to do some research for an alternative solution.

Great end of season deal for us! I know Aiper will probably have a new model for the next swim season, but getting such a great discount on the top of line robotic pool cleaner was amazing. The one we bought 2years ago still works perfectly, and saves us a lot of time! Can't wait to try the new one! Communication and shipping were top notch.

I paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

I encountered a problem with the wheels not working well.… I encountered a problem with the original pool cleaner and called customer service. They led me through some potential problem solving steps which located the problem which wasn't an easy fix so they sent a new replacement . New one works great on the first day of use. Thanks
