Cheap means cheap I charged it up per instructions, it showed fully charged, and only lasted not even 30 minutes. I feel I've been ripped off. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Very responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. I have used the product 3 times and for the discounted price-point I am happy with its performance. Crystal went above and beyond - thanks!

Seagull Pro Fast Charge battery died after 2 months I purchased the Seagull Pro Fast Charge and started usingin Jan 2024. It worked quite well for 2 months then the battery died. It would not charge or run. Company was helpful at first but admitted fault with the fastcharge product. They initially offered a cheaper product as an alternative as the product I purchased was discontinued. Then they would only offer partial refund after I returned the device but would not even state how much that refund was. What a joke. I requested the new model that is actually selling for less than what I paid but they refused.

It has now been 3 weeks since I placed… It has now been 3 weeks since I placed an order for the Aiper Scuba S1 pro Cordless Robotic Pool cleaner, and I have not received any indication as to when my order will ship. Of course I ordered the pool cleaner as I am in need of one to clean my pool. If this order is not going to ship in the very near future I will need to do some research for an alternative solution.

Customer Service was super easy to work with! I have a very odd shaped pool so the cleaner was having difficulty cleaning the entire thing. What it was able to do it did fairly well but I did have to help it off my main drains several times. I emailed customer service and they were super easy to deal with. They responded by the next day, sent me a return label and then credited me my purchase price within two days of me dropping it off at my FexEx carrier.
