As I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?

Excellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had to return the model I purchased because it only worked with flat bottom pools and mine has a slope. Customer service made the return so easy, quick and no headaches. The refund was within 3 days. Alot of companies out there could learn from them on how customer service should be like.

cute robot the product so far does what it's supposed to do. I have questions I hope you can respond to. We have a kidney shaped pool and going up the sides is curved. Will I be alright using side cleaning even though it is not a rectangular pool . There are also granular step and seats inside the kidney shaped pool. Would I be safer just using cleaning floor option. It goes about a foot up the curved side and comes back on floor only cleaning. Should I try side cleaning also? is there any danger to the Aiper vacuum?

I encountered a problem with the wheels not working well.… I encountered a problem with the original pool cleaner and called customer service. They led me through some potential problem solving steps which located the problem which wasn't an easy fix so they sent a new replacement . New one works great on the first day of use. Thanks
