Aiper dolphin pro Aiper dolphin pro, for our in ground pool, which is 25‘ x 30‘ 4 foot to 6 foot on a full charge it will do the entire bottom of the pool and I cannot believe how it would actually climb the walls up to the tile. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to knock out the pool cleaning, but it does everything. It says it does very simple to use every penny to keep me from having to vacuum and scrub every other day.

cute robot the product so far does what it's supposed to do. I have questions I hope you can respond to. We have a kidney shaped pool and going up the sides is curved. Will I be alright using side cleaning even though it is not a rectangular pool . There are also granular step and seats inside the kidney shaped pool. Would I be safer just using cleaning floor option. It goes about a foot up the curved side and comes back on floor only cleaning. Should I try side cleaning also? is there any danger to the Aiper vacuum?

As I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?

Excellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had to return the model I purchased because it only worked with flat bottom pools and mine has a slope. Customer service made the return so easy, quick and no headaches. The refund was within 3 days. Alot of companies out there could learn from them on how customer service should be like.
