The inspiration behind Aiper comes from a story of a father's love for his son. In the summer of 2017, we received a letter from an old customer and friend named Jason. His son tripped on the long wire of a corded pool cleaner that he was using, fell, and struck his head He comforted his little boy and promised he'd never get hurt again. A personal touch and innovation, this is how we at Aiper develop our products. Aiper's cordless robotic pool cleaner was born at that moment. The cordless feature making pool cleaning simpler, and safer. Compact, lightweight, and safe battery operated, Aiper create the best gift for people to enjoy their pools daily.

Product Received in a timely fashion… Product Received in a timely fashion with superior packaging and start up instructions. Have only used the Scuba S1 a few times, but so far so good. It navigates the design of our pool really well.

Pool vacuum Easy to put together and simple to operated but it doesn’t pick up the big leaf at the bottom of the pool. After using it for more than a month the pool looking much better this robot is brushing the wall very good I liked it a lot It doing a good job to keep the pool very clean.

I encountered a problem with the wheels not working well.… I encountered a problem with the original pool cleaner and called customer service. They led me through some potential problem solving steps which located the problem which wasn't an easy fix so they sent a new replacement . New one works great on the first day of use. Thanks

Seagull Pro Fast Charge battery died after 2 months I purchased the Seagull Pro Fast Charge and started usingin Jan 2024. It worked quite well for 2 months then the battery died. It would not charge or run. Company was helpful at first but admitted fault with the fastcharge product. They initially offered a cheaper product as an alternative as the product I purchased was discontinued. Then they would only offer partial refund after I returned the device but would not even state how much that refund was. What a joke. I requested the new model that is actually selling for less than what I paid but they refused.

I paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!
