Excellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had to return the model I purchased because it only worked with flat bottom pools and mine has a slope. Customer service made the return so easy, quick and no headaches. The refund was within 3 days. Alot of companies out there could learn from them on how customer service should be like.

cute robot the product so far does what it's supposed to do. I have questions I hope you can respond to. We have a kidney shaped pool and going up the sides is curved. Will I be alright using side cleaning even though it is not a rectangular pool . There are also granular step and seats inside the kidney shaped pool. Would I be safer just using cleaning floor option. It goes about a foot up the curved side and comes back on floor only cleaning. Should I try side cleaning also? is there any danger to the Aiper vacuum?

It has now been 3 weeks since I placed… It has now been 3 weeks since I placed an order for the Aiper Scuba S1 pro Cordless Robotic Pool cleaner, and I have not received any indication as to when my order will ship. Of course I ordered the pool cleaner as I am in need of one to clean my pool. If this order is not going to ship in the very near future I will need to do some research for an alternative solution.

As I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?
