It has now been 3 weeks since I placed… It has now been 3 weeks since I placed an order for the Aiper Scuba S1 pro Cordless Robotic Pool cleaner, and I have not received any indication as to when my order will ship. Of course I ordered the pool cleaner as I am in need of one to clean my pool. If this order is not going to ship in the very near future I will need to do some research for an alternative solution.

Customer Service was super easy to work with! I have a very odd shaped pool so the cleaner was having difficulty cleaning the entire thing. What it was able to do it did fairly well but I did have to help it off my main drains several times. I emailed customer service and they were super easy to deal with. They responded by the next day, sent me a return label and then credited me my purchase price within two days of me dropping it off at my FexEx carrier. Thank you for being so understanding and easy to work with!

Very responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. I have had nothing but trouble with… I have had nothing but trouble with this unit since day one, customer service is hard to get in touch with and when you finally talk to them they are not helpful at all i am completely dissatisfied. I would recommend not purchasing this product, spend a little more money and get the good stuff.
