Cheap means cheap I charged it up per instructions, it showed fully charged, and only lasted not even 30 minutes. I feel I've been ripped off. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Great Communication Aiper communicated well through unexpected delays. The warehouse for Canadian orders was short on stock after selling out before xmas. They were able to give me an honest answer and an accurate timeline for when the product would be available to ship. From what I can tell, they have great product support.

As I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?

Trick or treat I ordered the Aiper Seagull PRO in Dec 2023. After multiple attempts to understand what happened to my order, I finally received the robot almost 4 weeks later. The box arrived in Spain without damage. I tested the robot. It was definitely not performing as expected. I contacted support and advised to send the robot back for a refund or exchange. I had high hopes for this machine so went ahead for an exchange. The second box arrived faster this time. However, Aiper sent me the Seagull PRO LITE instead of the Seagull PRO - Like I wouldn´t notice I was sent the cheaper version. I raised the concern. Aiper support tried to justify that this was a better version, expect that it is not and is also cheaper than what I paid. I don´t appreciate being tricked. Result = Returned goods and 1 star review for trying to load on me a cheaper version

Very responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. I have used the product 3 times and for the discounted price-point I am happy with its performance. Crystal went above and beyond - thanks!
