GBI have had nothing but trouble with… I have had nothing but trouble with this unit since day one, customer service is hard to get in touch with and when you finally talk to them they are not helpful at all i am completely dissatisfied. I would recommend not purchasing this product, spend a little more money and get the good stuff.

GBOrdering was simple Ordering was simple - first impression is the machine works pretty good although it would not climb the walls in my pool.

GBAs I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?

GBProduct Received in a timely fashion… Product Received in a timely fashion with superior packaging and start up instructions. Have only used the Scuba S1 a few times, but so far so good. It navigates the design of our pool really well.

GBCustomer Service was super easy to work with! I have a very odd shaped pool so the cleaner was having difficulty cleaning the entire thing. What it was able to do it did fairly well but I did have to help it off my main drains several times. I emailed customer service and they were super easy to deal with. They responded by the next day, sent me a return label and then credited me my purchase price within two days of me dropping it off at my FexEx carrier. Thank you for being so understanding and easy to work with!
