As I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?

I paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

Aiper dolphin pro Aiper dolphin pro, for our in ground pool, which is 25‘ x 30‘ 4 foot to 6 foot on a full charge it will do the entire bottom of the pool and I cannot believe how it would actually climb the walls up to the tile. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to knock out the pool cleaning, but it does everything. It says it does very simple to use every penny to keep me from having to vacuum and scrub every other day.
