GBI encountered a problem with the wheels not working well.… I encountered a problem with the original pool cleaner and called customer service. They led me through some potential problem solving steps which located the problem which wasn't an easy fix so they sent a new replacement . New one works great on the first day of use. Thanks

GBVery responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. GBI have had nothing but trouble with… I have had nothing but trouble with this unit since day one, customer service is hard to get in touch with and when you finally talk to them they are not helpful at all i am completely dissatisfied. I would recommend not purchasing this product, spend a little more money and get the good stuff.

GBGreat end of season deal for us! I know Aiper will probably have a new model for the next swim season, but getting such a great discount on the top of line robotic pool cleaner was amazing. The one we bought 2years ago still works perfectly, and saves us a lot of time! Can't wait to try the new one! Communication and shipping were top notch.
