As I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?

Pool vacuum Easy to put together and simple to operated but it doesn’t pick up the big leaf at the bottom of the pool. After using it for more than a month the pool looking much better this robot is brushing the wall very good I liked it a lot It doing a good job to keep the pool very clean.

I paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

Great end of season deal for us! I know Aiper will probably have a new model for the next swim season, but getting such a great discount on the top of line robotic pool cleaner was amazing. The one we bought 2years ago still works perfectly, and saves us a lot of time! Can't wait to try the new one! Communication and shipping were top notch.

I have had nothing but trouble with… I have had nothing but trouble with this unit since day one, customer service is hard to get in touch with and when you finally talk to them they are not helpful at all i am completely dissatisfied. I would recommend not purchasing this product, spend a little more money and get the good stuff.
