Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

Customer Service was super easy to work with! I have a very odd shaped pool so the cleaner was having difficulty cleaning the entire thing. What it was able to do it did fairly well but I did have to help it off my main drains several times. I emailed customer service and they were super easy to deal with. They responded by the next day, sent me a return label and then credited me my purchase price within two days of me dropping it off at my FexEx carrier. Thank you for being so understanding and easy to work with!

Very responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. Aiper dolphin pro Aiper dolphin pro, for our in ground pool, which is 25‘ x 30‘ 4 foot to 6 foot on a full charge it will do the entire bottom of the pool and I cannot believe how it would actually climb the walls up to the tile. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to knock out the pool cleaning, but it does everything. It says it does very simple to use every penny to keep me from having to vacuum and scrub every other day.
