Customer Service was super easy to work with! I have a very odd shaped pool so the cleaner was having difficulty cleaning the entire thing. What it was able to do it did fairly well but I did have to help it off my main drains several times. I emailed customer service and they were super easy to deal with. They responded by the next day, sent me a return label and then credited me my purchase price within two days of me dropping it off at my FexEx carrier. Thank you for being so understanding and easy to work with!

Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

Pool vacuum Easy to put together and simple to operated but it doesn’t pick up the big leaf at the bottom of the pool. After using it for more than a month the pool looking much better this robot is brushing the wall very good I liked it a lot It doing a good job to keep the pool very clean.

Great end of season deal for us! I know Aiper will probably have a new model for the next swim season, but getting such a great discount on the top of line robotic pool cleaner was amazing. The one we bought 2years ago still works perfectly, and saves us a lot of time! Can't wait to try the new one! Communication and shipping were top notch.
