In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

cute robot the product so far does what it's supposed to do. I have questions I hope you can respond to. We have a kidney shaped pool and going up the sides is curved. Will I be alright using side cleaning even though it is not a rectangular pool . There are also granular step and seats inside the kidney shaped pool. Would I be safer just using cleaning floor option. It goes about a foot up the curved side and comes back on floor only cleaning. Should I try side cleaning also? is there any danger to the Aiper vacuum?
