Excellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had to return the model I purchased because it only worked with flat bottom pools and mine has a slope. Customer service made the return so easy, quick and no headaches. The refund was within 3 days. Alot of companies out there could learn from them on how customer service should be like.

I have had nothing but trouble with… I have had nothing but trouble with this unit since day one, customer service is hard to get in touch with and when you finally talk to them they are not helpful at all i am completely dissatisfied. I would recommend not purchasing this product, spend a little more money and get the good stuff.

Very responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. I paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

Product Received in a timely fashion… Product Received in a timely fashion with superior packaging and start up instructions. Have only used the Scuba S1 a few times, but so far so good. It navigates the design of our pool really well.
