GBIt has now been 3 weeks since I placed… It has now been 3 weeks since I placed an order for the Aiper Scuba S1 pro Cordless Robotic Pool cleaner, and I have not received any indication as to when my order will ship. Of course I ordered the pool cleaner as I am in need of one to clean my pool. If this order is not going to ship in the very near future I will need to do some research for an alternative solution.

ESI paid for the goods in Spain I paid for the goods in Spain. The payment was immediately deducted from my account. An order number has been generated. Today, after 4 days, there is still no shipping number in the system. Communication is very slow and always the same answer. "We will send soon" . In several emails, I asked from which warehouse (from which country) the shipment to Spain would go. They avoid answering. Very bad service!!!

GBCustomer Service was super easy to work with! I have a very odd shaped pool so the cleaner was having difficulty cleaning the entire thing. What it was able to do it did fairly well but I did have to help it off my main drains several times. I emailed customer service and they were super easy to deal with. They responded by the next day, sent me a return label and then credited me my purchase price within two days of me dropping it off at my FexEx carrier. Thank you for being so understanding and easy to work with!

ESTrick or treat I ordered the Aiper Seagull PRO in Dec 2023. After multiple attempts to understand what happened to my order, I finally received the robot almost 4 weeks later. The box arrived in Spain without damage. I tested the robot. It was definitely not performing as expected. I contacted support and advised to send the robot back for a refund or exchange. I had high hopes for this machine so went ahead for an exchange. The second box arrived faster this time. However, Aiper sent me the Seagull PRO LITE instead of the Seagull PRO - Like I wouldn´t notice I was sent the cheaper version. I raised the concern. Aiper support tried to justify that this was a better version, expect that it is not and is also cheaper than what I paid. I don´t appreciate being tricked. Result = Returned goods and 1 star review for trying to load on me a cheaper version

GBExcellent Customer Service Unfortunately I had to return the model I purchased because it only worked with flat bottom pools and mine has a slope. Customer service made the return so easy, quick and no headaches. The refund was within 3 days. Alot of companies out there could learn from them on how customer service should be like.
