GBCheap means cheap I charged it up per instructions, it showed fully charged, and only lasted not even 30 minutes. I feel I've been ripped off. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

GBI encountered a problem with the wheels not working well.… I encountered a problem with the original pool cleaner and called customer service. They led me through some potential problem solving steps which located the problem which wasn't an easy fix so they sent a new replacement . New one works great on the first day of use. Thanks

GBAiper dolphin pro Aiper dolphin pro, for our in ground pool, which is 25‘ x 30‘ 4 foot to 6 foot on a full charge it will do the entire bottom of the pool and I cannot believe how it would actually climb the walls up to the tile. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to knock out the pool cleaning, but it does everything. It says it does very simple to use every penny to keep me from having to vacuum and scrub every other day.

GBVery responsive and understanding The pool cleaner came without its filter but Crystal from support was brilliant and got this arranged as soon as possible over the busy new year period. GBAs I have stated As I have stated, your customer service is A+. However, the follow on ads on-line are driving me mad. They follow me around like a ghost that I can't get rid of. I don't get it? I have already purchased your product so why keep bombarding me with the non-stop ads? Is there any way to slow them down or eliminate them?
