First time customer First time customer. Express Med was very responsive during the initial phone contact to obtain information about customer ordering procedure and policies. Order was easily placed online. Shipped quick. Good packaging. A mishap by UPS caused some delivery issues, but EM got it sorted out quickly. Products were as described and nothing was damaged or missing. Overall, very good experience.

Good service and product I picked out the merchandise I desired and I believe it may have left the warehouse that same day. It arrived within 3 days (today) and thus far I am pleased with the product and the service. The company seems to care about its customers. I received regular updates while my purchase was in transit. These folks know what they are doing.

Like other reviews, it happened to me After placing my order, I quickly received an email from ExpressMed stating my order was cancelled and a refund was credited to my account. ExpressMed charged my card for an item that was never shipped. Also, there is no refund credit showing on my account. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back. If ExpressMed wants to protect their Brand image, they need to proactively ensure refunds are processed immediately. Such delay gives an appearance this company is a scam. I hope they do the right thing for all customers put in this situation.

There was a error with my original order and it was rectified immediately!! The order was via a well known store with the blue letter and they relayed the wrong information! KT Patch Round Working with the KT Patches for the CGM Transmitter/Sensor I have found a couple of interesting choices. My skin is sensitive to the CGM application adhesive. In using the KT patch as an under patch I limit the amount of CGM contact with my skin and reduce the irritation to a very small area. I use the round patch with the round center hole. Works for me and i am able to use less healing salve afterward. Express Med allowed me a 2 patch sample and that gave me a one time 20% discount on buying the 25 count packages. Shipped the next day after an evening order. Received timely. Excellent Service.
