confused and pissed off I received an order from express med. however I never placed an order with them, nor had I ever heard of them until I received a box in the mail. when I called their customer service they failed to say in their recorded message that they were closed. they just continued to keep me o hold saying that "someone would be right with me".

First time customer First time customer. Express Med was very responsive during the initial phone contact to obtain information about customer ordering procedure and policies. Order was easily placed online. Shipped quick. Good packaging. A mishap by UPS caused some delivery issues, but EM got it sorted out quickly. Products were as described and nothing was damaged or missing. Overall, very good experience.

Easy, Reliable and Quick Service! Had to order new medicated foam bandages. Unable to find at local pharmacies. ExpressMed was the first option to come up when doing an online search and although skeptical at first, was SO glad we used them!
