Never received, horrible customer service Placed order and tracking was not available until after I reached out to them asking to see what the delay was. I did expect a 30 day ship time however it wasn't "shipped" until 45+ days after and to be told it was delivered however my doorman building has never received. I reached out to the company and they said its marked as "signed for" but that's not true. The package update said "left at front door". Again, no trace of the package and their customer service team said there's nothing they can do, won't ship a new fixture or issue any sort of refund.

Ordered a large wooden Koi Chandelier Ordered a large wooden Koi Chandelier. Because of size and fragility, was not able to get express shipping - had to go by container ship. When inquiring to delivery status I received updates from Decormote and the freight carriers. Although it took a long time to arrive it was in perfect condition and easy to install

No product showed up after 7+ weeks of… No product showed up after 7+ weeks of waiting, nothing to track in the UPS tracker. Support is a mess. Stay FAR away from this company.
