Never received, horrible customer service Placed order and tracking was not available until after I reached out to them asking to see what the delay was. I did expect a 30 day ship time however it wasn't "shipped" until 45+ days after and to be told it was delivered however my doorman building has never received. I reached out to the company and they said its marked as "signed for" but that's not true. The package update said "left at front door". Again, no trace of the package and their customer service team said there's nothing they can do, won't ship a new fixture or issue any sort of refund.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Reviews are fake and identical to another online lighting (scam) retailer Vakkerlight. Products are knock-offs -- please be careful if you've already purchased. The lamps could be hazardous.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! They never delivered the lamp I ordered. I contacted the customer service several times and they assured me that the lamp will be delivered „with 100% safety“ (direct quote). No matter what they will comment to this review - do not trust their words. I contacted them several times asking for an update in the shipping. I gave them more than one month of time to clear up the issue with the shipping company and they did not manage to do so. I cannot recommend this company. Update (February 2023): Got my money back via PayPal. Then, they replied in the comments that I get a free lamp: I did not receive any further updates or emails regarding the free lamp they promised me. SCAM! In case they delete the comment on my original review here it is: „Reply from Decormote 20 Dec 2022 The reason we chose to refund you is because there was indeed a long delay We are still shipping your package, which means you get a full refund and you will also get a light for free, we will contact you again when the package is shipped. We are replacing new shipping receipts After waiting for you to receive the package, I hope you can modify this feedback“

I am thrilled with this chandelier I am thrilled with this chandelier. I was nervous about ordering online and not being able to see the details prior to purchase, but the quality is really excellent and the price couldn't be beat. My husband installed it in under 45 minutes (including removing the existing fixture) and it looks wonderful!
