let me say customer service was beyond… let me say customer service was beyond exceptional- as soon as i made my purchase i contacted via email if i need any help and provided a tracking number, item was shipped quickly & was was exactly as described thank you

The reviews are fake and fabricated The reviews are fake and fabricated. It's pretty evident if you pay attention to the reviews' details and writing style. For example, the country of reviews is the US, but they talk about St Petersburg in Russia! There are shady Indian companies that write as many Trust Pilot reviews as you pay for. This site has used one of those.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Reviews are fake and identical to another online lighting (scam) retailer Vakkerlight. Products are knock-offs -- please be careful if you've already purchased. The lamps could be hazardous.

Never received, horrible customer service Placed order and tracking was not available until after I reached out to them asking to see what the delay was. I did expect a 30 day ship time however it wasn't "shipped" until 45+ days after and to be told it was delivered however my doorman building has never received. I reached out to the company and they said its marked as "signed for" but that's not true. The package update said "left at front door". Again, no trace of the package and their customer service team said there's nothing they can do, won't ship a new fixture or issue any sort of refund.
