Well I am only giving it 3 because I… Well I am only giving it 3 because I took it for 3 days and to be honest I didn't like the taste, the other thing I didn't like is that all I have to eat or drink besides that is the vegetable broth which i bought different brands and they all nasty then I am not diabetic but I was getting angry because I couldn't eat and some times I will get shaky I couldn't finish it. it felt powdery even if I blend it to. It was not for me I guess.

Has put a spring in my step! I was a little hesitant to start Almaseed as I am so wary of slimming drinks. I decided to start with one shake a day in the morning as I'm not much of a breakfast eater. I've noticed some weight loss on the one shake a day but the thing that prompted me to write this review is the energy it gives me! I've always felt sluggish and tired these past couple of years. Using Almaseed I've gotten a spring back in my step, I have so much more energy which has really lifted my mood. It's helped me feel happier, healthier and more energetic which for me is amazing. I'll be recommending to my friends.

In fact, I plan on doing The Starting Phase next weekend for three days over the Autumn Equinox. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic where we… Due to the COVID-19 pandemic where we are all staying at home, nothing to do, and gain weight. My whole family( my husband and three daughters) decided to do Almased. We started on May 3. We have been losing weight off approximately 12 to 20 pounds. My oldest daughter and I lose 12 pounds, my husband lose 20 pounds, and my middle and younger daughter lose 10 pounds. We ordered Almased via its website, and you are all amazing in delivering Almased to our home. Right now, we are in our 2nd phase of the Almased program, and we are feeling good and healthy.
