Amazing results... Used as directed I have had very positive results with Almased. I've shared my weight loss journey with everyone who has asked about my transformation. This will certainly be a life style change for me. The energy and overall quality of healthy benefits, I found what works for me after years of trying this and that. I would like to see more offers for the product at my local stores like Walgreens, CVS offering discounts or buy one and get 1/2 off second can. More promotions over all. I'm 15lbs away from my goal weight and still excited because I've not only loss weight but inches off my entire body.

Great Product but High Priced! I like the product although I feel the cost is high! I use it but not as often as listed in the directions because I couldn’t afford to buy it so often. I’d also like to say I’m not a diabetic but I am over weight & found this to be an acceptable protein substitute to use after checking with my Bariatric doctor. Low Sodium V8 Juice mixed quite nicely with it!

Satisfied Customer Hello, I’ve been purchasing Almased for several years because it is a very good satiating protein powder. I buy it since it regulates leptin and cortisol levels. In fact, I plan on doing The Starting Phase next weekend for three days over the Autumn Equinox. I would do the fast longer; however, the product is expensive, and I stretch it out by having one shake daily for breakfast. Thank you for producing such a good product. Marybeth Mady

Amassed Really Works! A few years back, I noticed a coworker looking a lot slimmer. She was walking towards me and shaking this bottle in her hand. I actually said "Hey Slim, looking good." We laughed and chatted, before I asked her about Almased. She said her doctor recommended so she could lose a few pounds. So I decided to try it also, long story short, I replaced one meal a day, blended with a banana to thicken and improve taste. I lost weight quickly, did not get hungry or go snack crazy between meals and it was diabetic safe. Pricing is decent, can't complain because the weight loss had me feeling energetic and walking more on my arthritic knees. It is my go to weight loss solution every time I need it.

Well I am only giving it 3 because I… Well I am only giving it 3 because I took it for 3 days and to be honest I didn't like the taste, the other thing I didn't like is that all I have to eat or drink besides that is the vegetable broth which i bought different brands and they all nasty then I am not diabetic but I was getting angry because I couldn't eat and some times I will get shaky I couldn't finish it. it felt powdery even if I blend it to. It was not for me I guess.
