I used Almased exclusively for three… I used Almased exclusively for three days, then moved to twice a day. Although there was weight loss, it was difficult to maintain the regimen. Second, the taste is an issue. Finally, cost is a huge factor. All that said, it seems to be an effective program...if one can ignore the above issues.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic where we… Due to the COVID-19 pandemic where we are all staying at home, nothing to do, and gain weight. My whole family( my husband and three daughters) decided to do Almased. We started on May 3. We have been losing weight off approximately 12 to 20 pounds. My oldest daughter and I lose 12 pounds, my husband lose 20 pounds, and my middle and younger daughter lose 10 pounds. Great weight loss plan!! After careful research, we decided to try this product, Almased. We found it to be very easy to use and by mixing it with almond milk quite tasty. We followed the company’s directions on usage and got excellent results. Not only did we lose the amount of weight, gently, but have kept it off.

Well I am only giving it 3 because I… Well I am only giving it 3 because I took it for 3 days and to be honest I didn't like the taste, the other thing I didn't like is that all I have to eat or drink besides that is the vegetable broth which i bought different brands and they all nasty then I am not diabetic but I was getting angry because I couldn't eat and some times I will get shaky I couldn't finish it. it felt powdery even if I blend it to. It was not for me I guess.
