It has a calming and balancing effect and although I have no aches and pains, I have an extra great feeling in my body! I take it three times per day, I feel that I am getting an even more restful sleep. .I've used the balm as well on my wrist from being on the computer so much and it definitely resolved the slight tension and ached in my wrist. This Feel Good Hemp helped me go back…to sleep after waking up in the middle of night. This Feel Good Hemp helped me go back in my sleep after waking up consistently on 'witching hours'.
