Received a can of the CBD balm to use… Received a can of the CBD balm to use on some areas post-workout. At the time I received the can I was also dealing with a sprained thumb. I found the balm surprisingly effective at instantly relieving acute pain in my thumb and also with mitigating my post-workout muscle soreness. The following day my thumb felt the best it had since the sprain occurred. I will continue to use this product daily when I have muscle and/or joint pain. Smells amazing too.
