GBGreen Boy makes seriously great protein This protein is AWESOME for baking. We've made muffins, pizza dough, apple loaf cake, and other things by substituting a portion of the flour with Green Boy protein, without any sacrifice to taste or texture (seriously - the pizza dough was still super toss-in-the-air pliable!) I love that we're able to use single-ingredient protein in our daily cooking/baking instead of usual protein powders loaded up with additives and with absurd flavors. Green Boy products have shipped out to me quickly, and since a little goes a long way (1/3 cup of protein = 1 cup flour for substitution), we've found it lasts a long time, and we haven't had any issues with spoilage. GBMung Bean powder Mung Bean powder - Packaged very well, however I poured it into one of my own containers so I could spoon it out and seal it myself. I used this when I make my green smoothies for the protein punch after my fitness and aerobic workout. It blends smoothly and I could not taste it. I have some meatless tests soon to make with this as one of the ingredients. It should perform well. Will use again and perhaps test some of the other products. I'm whole food plant based and don't often use powders but will reconsider after using this!

GBLOVE IT I love this product. I throw it in my smoothie every morning, it adds no taste or smell like some proteins but makes me feel full right through until lunch. Fava is definitely my favorite.
