CAGreat Experience! Customer service from E-Rigging was top notch. E-Mails were answered promptly and all my questions were answered. Without going into details, my order was a little awkward and required many emails which were all answered almost immediately. Product was shipped promptly and arrived before expected date. The product looks excellent however I have yet to get it installed. Seems like the people at E-Rigging are dedicated to excellent customer service.

GBThe website only allows and order of 10… The website only allows and order of 10 pieces. I needed 2 different items of 12 pieces. Very frustrating…when I called customer service I waited over 30 minutes for a reply….though she was nice it was obvious she was in a hurry to be done with my order so she could move onto another. She did apologize for the wait and stated customer service is understaffed. The parts I needed were replacements and it would have taken 3 separate online orders with the associated shipping to accomplish. I’m very disappointed as your product is exceptional……

GBPoor communication Sent in an order for 31 pieces, order was changed to 10 with a invoice change notice. No explanation was given. Not sure if the other 21 pieces were on backorder or not, I had to call to find out that the part was discontinued and that I would not be able to receive any more. A suggested replacement was not given. Very poor communication.
