GBThe filters are very flimsy The filters are very flimsy. They were damaged during transit. Shipped between 2 cardboard pieces. Damaged by post office, received bent and crack in frame. The original filters are very sturdy and opaque, while the ones I received are transparent and the frame bends very easily. I was contacted by their customer service immediately after I posted my review and they have since replaced the damaged filters in a different packaging, and provided an explanation to why they are flimsy. I am impressed by their prompt customer service.
