The filters are very flimsy The filters are very flimsy. They were damaged during transit. Shipped between 2 cardboard pieces. Damaged by post office, received bent and crack in frame. The original filters are very sturdy and opaque, while the ones I received are transparent and the frame bends very easily. I was contacted by their customer service immediately after I posted my review and they have since replaced the damaged filters in a different packaging, and provided an explanation to why they are flimsy. I am impressed by their prompt customer service.

Great quality in a hard to find size Filter arrived quickly and was a perfect fit for a hard to find size. Thrilled to have found this source for a quality replacement and would definitely buy again.

The main issue I had was with shipping… The main issue I had was with shipping and packaging I received the Item damaged. The post office bent the package in shipping. the filter was packed between two pieces of cardboard and put in an envelope a box would have been better to keep from damaging the filter. I was able to somewhat straighten out the filter to were I was able to use it but the finger ring broke off. I did receive a replacement without asking so I'm raising it to five stars.
