US2 attempts, but basement is dry! My crack was difficult as it was the entire wall and it was behind the septic pipe. I was barely able to get it to work behind the pipe. The crack sealer did work, however, I did have to address one part of it 2 times. Preparing the area to accept foam again was not fun. I drilled behind the port this time and slowly injected foam untill the hydraulic pressure of the foam started to break the port off. I would have given this product 5 stars had it worked the first time. I am glad I bought the PRO kit as I used about 2.5 tubes of foam on the repair. I am still happy, it did work!!! We had over 1.5 inches one storm in an already wet week and nothing came in! Basement is dry!!!

USThe water-powered backup sump pump… The water-powered backup sump pump seems to be working fine. Your delivery was on time and the kit was not lacking. I asked a question online yesterday and had the answer in a short while.

PRNot bad considering that: Not bad considering that: (a) The sales department did not know that Puerto Rico is a US possesion and we use the US dollar as currency. (b) The first invoice did not include UPS shipping (c) After paying the shipping charges invoice, I was informed that it was "cheaper" using the US postal service and was invoiced for "the difference" (d) Never got a tracking number regardless of the many times I asked for it to make sure that someone would be home. (e) It was shipped UPS Ground instead of US Postal Service s charged and the product was almost stolen. My wife arrived just in time when the driver of a pickup truck was on his way to my driveway to steal the 4 pails. He turned tails and ran away. Other than that. Peachy.

USGrate materials as got the pro kit. Very good materials as got the pro kit. Just little challenging trying to order additional corner ports as the one on the site to order is fir the Dying kit not the pro so had to call it in. They should have a option to buy the additional ports for the pro kit on line is my suggestion

USThe application process has worked well… The application process has worked well up to this point by simply following the printed and on-line tutorial instructions. I'm now waiting for the coming spring rains to tell me if the work done on the first crack was effective. That will be the true test. The only issue I encountered was running out of filler material after filling only 2/3 of an 8' long hairline crack in an 8 1/2" wall and having to order another tube to complete it. There should be a 3 tube kit.
