GBRadonSeal's eflorescence is tops Their eflorescence cleaner has little or no odor. It works effectively at neutralizing calcium bleeding through concrete block. I tried strong vinegar, it was ineffectual. Years ago I tried muriatic acid which worked about the same as RadonSeals product- but the smell was horrible. I ran short on this job, so I ordered another gallon- it works !

GB2 attempts, but basement is dry! My crack was difficult as it was the entire wall and it was behind the septic pipe. I was barely able to get it to work behind the pipe. The crack sealer did work, however, I did have to address one part of it 2 times. Preparing the area to accept foam again was not fun. I drilled behind the port this time and slowly injected foam untill the hydraulic pressure of the foam started to break the port off. I would have given this product 5 stars had it worked the first time. I am glad I bought the PRO kit as I used about 2.5 tubes of foam on the repair. I am still happy, it did work!!! We had over 1.5 inches one storm in an already wet week and nothing came in! Basement is dry!!!

GBI been buying the bio zap air purifier… I been buying the bio zap air purifier & deodorizer and put it in my cold air returns in my heating system for 30 years and work just right on any odors that in my basement of the house.When I was on the lake I would put it in my crawl space. Excellent product!
