GBFinally giving up on this service I only got 2 filters instead of 3. This happens all the time wrong quantity or size every time. This was after I had to call because they were going to send me 6 months worth of filters every 3 months because the new company doesn't have a 6 month plan (because sending me that many and charging me every 3 months makes sense) The only good thing that happened so far is they "offered" a full refund that I haven't seen yet...

GB5 Stars All Around I’ve been set up with auto ship for a long time and had zero issues until this year. I was sent the wrong size. I called and they had me fixed up quickly and easily (plus the customer service rep was friendly).
