Moving forward I like your business because it's one less thing I have to think about I know when it comes it goes in done. As for getting four stars and not 5 in life I feel that there's always room for improvement.

I needed this help!… I always go way too long in between changing my filter. This way I force myself to take care of my fridge regularly. And it’s obvious when I put the new filter in , the water flow is so much stronger! And the price is awesome!

I love not having to remember to change… I love not having to remember to change my filters because when they arrive in the mail, I know it's time to change out. I wish they would come with scents. Otherwise great product!!!

Finally giving up on this service I only got 2 filters instead of 3. This happens all the time wrong quantity or size every time. This was after I had to call because they were going to send me 6 months worth of filters every 3 months because the new company doesn't have a 6 month plan (because sending me that many and charging me every 3 months makes sense) The only good thing that happened so far is they "offered" a full refund that I haven't seen yet...
