Edit Edit; initially I was upset at the quality of the product and difficulty find a return option. After contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and even issued me a full refund without having to return the product. Excellent customer service!

Excellent service I purchased some inflatable life jackets through Walmart. The wrong product was delivered due to Walmart’s systems not being up to date with the vendor. Outside the docks contacted me directly and helped with the issue and getting the product I needed. They kept in contact with me via text until the new life jackets were received.

Found outside the docks on the Internet… Found outside the docks on the Internet while searching for products. Paid for the droducts. Found out the next day that what I paid for wasn’t in stock although the website showed several. Was a disappointment for sure. I would not recommend them
