Excellent service I purchased some inflatable life jackets through Walmart. The wrong product was delivered due to Walmart’s systems not being up to date with the vendor. Outside the docks contacted me directly and helped with the issue and getting the product I needed. They kept in contact with me via text until the new life jackets were received.

My first transaction with them was 10/10. The product was priced below their competitors, it shipped the next day after my order, and I was able to use Amazon Pay for my transaction.

The battery you sent me is bad. I would like to update my comment from yesterday, the battery that I received was bad. This morning I called Exothermic Technologies and they are sending me a new tested battery. I also received a call back from Outside the Docks and talked to Jason. He offered to send me a replacement or refund me. I said no that's OK. I don't want to double dip. I just want to say that the customer service from both of these companies are top notch. Found outside the docks on the Internet… Found outside the docks on the Internet while searching for products. Paid for the droducts. Found out the next day that what I paid for wasn’t in stock although the website showed several. Was a disappointment for sure. I would not recommend them
