I'm Impressed with this company I was a little leery before ordering from this company as I had never heard of them before. However, they are for real and offer great products at a more than reasonable price. I'm satisfied with the service and will be using them again when it comes to buying more gear.

When I determined that I didn’t actually need the item and inquired about a return, Jason responded promptly with an RA# and they handled the refund promptly as well. Will do business with again!

I received exactly what I ordered… I received exactly what I ordered (Gamakatsu Spring Locks Size L) but I would have been more satisfied with next size smaller, my fault!!! Shipping was reasonable and quick.

Edit Edit; initially I was upset at the quality of the product and difficulty find a return option. After contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and even issued me a full refund without having to return the product. Excellent customer service!

The battery you sent me is bad. I would like to update my comment from yesterday, the battery that I received was bad. This morning I called Exothermic Technologies and they are sending me a new tested battery. I also received a call back from Outside the Docks and talked to Jason. He offered to send me a replacement or refund me. I said no that's OK. I don't want to double dip. I just want to say that the customer service from both of these companies are top notch.
