I'm Impressed with this company I was a little leery before ordering from this company as I had never heard of them before. However, they are for real and offer great products at a more than reasonable price. I'm satisfied with the service and will be using them again when it comes to buying more gear.

Outside the Docks is a fantastic… Outside the Docks is a fantastic company. They provide the best value/pricing along with over the top customer support (most responsive and personable that I've ever encountered). They really do value the customer and if there are delivery issues they are your advocate with the shippers. Voice of the customer is truly a value of the employees at 'Outside the Docks'...in particular Kudos to Jason F.!!! In my first experience with OtD you've earned my future repeat business...Cheers

I received exactly what I ordered… I received exactly what I ordered (Gamakatsu Spring Locks Size L) but I would have been more satisfied with next size smaller, my fault!!! Shipping was reasonable and quick.
