I received exactly what I ordered… I received exactly what I ordered (Gamakatsu Spring Locks Size L) but I would have been more satisfied with next size smaller, my fault!!! Shipping was reasonable and quick.

The product was shipped promptly The product was shipped promptly, and arrived sooner than anticipated in great condition. Outside the Docks has a great website and great selection. Definitely my go to site for everything outdoors!

Edit Edit; initially I was upset at the quality of the product and difficulty find a return option. After contacting the company, they were very quick to respond and even issued me a full refund without having to return the product. Excellent customer service!

Found outside the docks on the Internet… Found outside the docks on the Internet while searching for products. Paid for the droducts. Found out the next day that what I paid for wasn’t in stock although the website showed several. Was a disappointment for sure. I would not recommend them
