USNot happy… I've ordered hard to find filters (water pur kw1) from you before, without any issues. So this time I searched for it on your website and "replacement kw1 filters" came up, and I ordered. I received an entirely different filter which was made to fit the same but it's NOT what I ordered. When I called the only response I got was "we don't carry them anymore". I'm just not happy.. it's not what I ordered and paid for.
