GBPleased with DiscountFilters overall Although the size & type of HVAC air vent filter that I want is not always easy to find when I use the product search function on the DiscountFilters website, the quality seems good — and when they have a sale, the price is excellent. Shipping is generally fast, too. I definitely recommend setting up an account because it makes reordering very easy.

GBNot happy… I've ordered hard to find filters (water pur kw1) from you before, without any issues. So this time I searched for it on your website and "replacement kw1 filters" came up, and I ordered. I received an entirely different filter which was made to fit the same but it's NOT what I ordered. When I called the only response I got was "we don't carry them anymore". I'm just not happy.. it's not what I ordered and paid for.

GBDid not fit our frig even though it… Did not fit our frig even though it should have according to the serial numbers. We had to force it to fit and then the frig said there was a leak so we had to throw all 3 of them away
