Finding the correct filter can be daunting de to the number that are available. The pictures of the various refrigerator types is excellent!

GBNot happy… I've ordered hard to find filters (water pur kw1) from you before, without any issues. So this time I searched for it on your website and "replacement kw1 filters" came up, and I ordered. I received an entirely different filter which was made to fit the same but it's NOT what I ordered. When I called the only response I got was "we don't carry them anymore". I'm just not happy.. it's not what I ordered and paid for.
