Customer service was amazing at helping… Customer service was amazing at helping me troubleshoot a rotten egg smell coming from the machine. It needed a good vinegar cleaning and works great now. He even sent me replacement filters because I had thrown several out believing it was faulty filters. Love ❤️ this product and the company too.

The simple but innovative machine to generate needed hydrogen from drinking water is a magic comes true to benefit our great health. My wife in particular has been much satisfied and happier to get a great relief from such drinking water to counter her frequent heartburn and acid reflux from her upset stomach. Thanks.

So far so Good As I've only had it for 2 weeks, I will say I have felt better but it could just be a placebo effect. I'll do a checkup after 2 months to see any visible results.

Amazing Company, Amazing people, Amazing Customer Service. I ordered this product direct with the company. My son has some skin issues from an auto immune disease. Piurify answered all my questions, kept an open line of communication with me and offered me solutions and suggestions. They have been beyond amazing. They made me feel that our son’s health and our happiness with their product was of the utmost importance. If you are considering getting a hydrogen water bottle or pitcher…don’t bother with any other company. Piurify has the best customer service and stands by their products!! Customer service was personal personable and believable Your customer service person answered all of my questions about the technical aspects that I didn’t understand and help me feel more confident about the benefit of your product making me less skeptical about it being a scam. I’ve been using it for almost 3 months and I like the taste of the water. The machine works well and I think I feel a little better Time will tell
