The water tastes great, some improvements needed… The water tastes great especially for living in Florida. There are a couple things I don’t love about this machine that the company could improve on. There should be a status light after the two steps. After magnetizing it should stay on letting you know the machine has not completed the full cycle. Right now the machine shuts off and you get busy and forget about it then a family member comes along and thinks the water is ready when it has not been hydronnated. When the day gets busy it’s very easy to forget what you have clicked or haven’t clicked on the machine since cycles can take anywhere from 8-13 minutes.

Amazing Company, Amazing people, Amazing Customer Service. I ordered this product direct with the company. My son has some skin issues from an auto immune disease. Piurify answered all my questions, kept an open line of communication with me and offered me solutions and suggestions. They have been beyond amazing. They made me feel that our son’s health and our happiness with their product was of the utmost importance. If you are considering getting a hydrogen water bottle or pitcher…don’t bother with any other company. Piurify has the best customer service and stands by their products!! We love our Piurify Nitrogen water We love our Piurify Nitrogen water. Health is important to us and this is an important part of our overall health. Customer service is incredible. We dropped our pitcher and broke the handle and the company is sending us a new pitcher free of charge.

I love the product but i have seen the… I love the product but i have seen the same exact product with under other brand names and at other prices that is a little dissapointing as it feels a little like the value is being extorted. as far as the product it runs well , easy to operate, water tastes great but the product gets a weird smell between usings and i use daily . also a little more info on how long the water is strong what precautions are there because of the process. Like if it can get bacteria easier etc.... would be helpful

Customer service was amazing at helping… Customer service was amazing at helping me troubleshoot a rotten egg smell coming from the machine. It needed a good vinegar cleaning and works great now. He even sent me replacement filters because I had thrown several out believing it was faulty filters. Love ❤️ this product and the company too.
