Piurify answered all my questions, kept an open line of communication with me and offered me solutions and suggestions. They have been beyond amazing. They made me feel that our son’s health and our happiness with their product was of the utmost importance. Would buy again At times I drink a lot of water. When on a water binge I consume numerous 32 oz glasses of ice water. Can't say there's a big difference until an electrical outtage a few weeks ago. I was stuck with simple tap water. Couldn't wait to get my usual water back. Wish I could describe in more detail. I'm diabetic & purchased in hopes to maintain hydration. I drink & enjoy a lot more water than before but can't swear this is why. I would buy it again because I believe it has been an asset one way or another.
