Piurify answered all my questions, kept an open line of communication with me and offered me solutions and suggestions. They have been beyond amazing. They made me feel that our son’s health and our happiness with their product was of the utmost importance. If you are considering getting a hydrogen water bottle or pitcher…don’t bother with any other company. Piurify has the best customer service and stands by their products!! We love our Piurify Nitrogen water We love our Piurify Nitrogen water. Health is important to us and this is an important part of our overall health. Customer service is incredible. We dropped our pitcher and broke the handle and the company is sending us a new pitcher free of charge.

Hydrogen Water? What?!? My Piurify hydrogen water bottle came much faster after ordering than the generic Chinese brand I had bought roughly a month earlier. The water tastes crisp & clean & has encouraged me to drink more water. I even take it to work with me.

I paid $75 in shipping … but it hasn’t… I paid $75 in shipping … but it hasn’t arrived…,I would have given you zero if I could… please advise … I’ve lived in Hawaii for 40 years.. I’ve not ever been charged… $75 in shipping… fit that fee… it should been here overnight and you guys shipped it today… USPS… it’s coming from Kansas… I live in Hawaii… I won’t see it for weeks… what kind of customer service is this?
