Only automated responses that took days from Piurify, no help at all. So I tried their discount on filters that came with my water pitcher and they were not valid. Thanks to Amazon i was able to return the product. I really wish it worked. I’m now looking into other company’s for this product.

Clean, great tasting H2 water! The water is clean and tastes great! We process on average 4 batches each and every day and have been using it since October 2023. H2 hydrogen levels are consistently 1.3 ppm per batch which makes for a well hydrated body. First time in more than 10 years that I didn't get sick through the normal winter holiday season of treats and over eating. Thanks Piurify!

Amazing Company, Amazing people, Amazing Customer Service. I ordered this product direct with the company. My son has some skin issues from an auto immune disease. Piurify answered all my questions, kept an open line of communication with me and offered me solutions and suggestions. They have been beyond amazing. They made me feel that our son’s health and our happiness with their product was of the utmost importance. If you are considering getting a hydrogen water bottle or pitcher…don’t bother with any other company. Piurify has the best customer service and stands by their products!! The simple but innovative machine to generate needed hydrogen from drinking water is a magic comes true to benefit our great health. My wife in particular has been much satisfied and happier to get a great relief from such drinking water to counter her frequent heartburn and acid reflux from her upset stomach. Thanks.

Would buy again At times I drink a lot of water. When on a water binge I consume numerous 32 oz glasses of ice water. Can't say there's a big difference until an electrical outtage a few weeks ago. I was stuck with simple tap water. Couldn't wait to get my usual water back. Wish I could describe in more detail. I'm diabetic & purchased in hopes to maintain hydration. I drink & enjoy a lot more water than before but can't swear this is why. I would buy it again because I believe it has been an asset one way or another.
