GBCustomer service was amazing at helping… Customer service was amazing at helping me troubleshoot a rotten egg smell coming from the machine. It needed a good vinegar cleaning and works great now. He even sent me replacement filters because I had thrown several out believing it was faulty filters. Love ❤️ this product and the company too.
