GBWhite particles began to appear in my… White particles began to appear in my water after four uses. I followed cleaning directions but the problem continued. Only automated responses that took days from Piurify, no help at all. So I tried their discount on filters that came with my water pitcher and they were not valid. Thanks to Amazon i was able to return the product. I really wish it worked. I’m now looking into other company’s for this product.

GBI love the product but i have seen the… I love the product but i have seen the same exact product with under other brand names and at other prices that is a little dissapointing as it feels a little like the value is being extorted. as far as the product it runs well , easy to operate, water tastes great but the product gets a weird smell between usings and i use daily . also a little more info on how long the water is strong what precautions are there because of the process. Like if it can get bacteria easier etc.... would be helpful

GBClean, great tasting H2 water! The water is clean and tastes great! We process on average 4 batches each and every day and have been using it since October 2023. H2 hydrogen levels are consistently 1.3 ppm per batch which makes for a well hydrated body. First time in more than 10 years that I didn't get sick through the normal winter holiday season of treats and over eating. Thanks Piurify!

GBHydrogen Water? What?!? My Piurify hydrogen water bottle came much faster after ordering than the generic Chinese brand I had bought roughly a month earlier. The water tastes crisp & clean & has encouraged me to drink more water. I even take it to work with me.

GBI paid $75 in shipping … but it hasn’t… I paid $75 in shipping … but it hasn’t arrived…,I would have given you zero if I could… please advise … I’ve lived in Hawaii for 40 years.. I’ve not ever been charged… $75 in shipping… fit that fee… it should been here overnight and you guys shipped it today… USPS… it’s coming from Kansas… I live in Hawaii… I won’t see it for weeks… what kind of customer service is this?
