Because the air purifier I wanted was backordered, Barb informed me that delivery would not be immediate, and gave me a projected delivery date in several weeks. Delivery was actually a few days before projected. Thank you for a great product and excellent communication.

GBWebsite made misleading statements re: inventory and shipping. I overpaid as a result. Website said all units where in stock and would ship within 14 days from Canada location. However, there was no units in stock and units where drop shipped from manufacture. I PAID an extra $50 per unit ($250/total) from other quoted distributors due to the fact that your website posted inventory and shipping claims as stated. Very misleading and I lost money using this company.
