Very poor service Very poor service! They didn't say what day or time they was coming round like they emailed to say they would. So obviously I missed them . But I only missed them by 13 minutes and they couldn't be bothered to come back that day . Either way they didn't tell me when they was coming. And when I called to politely tell them what has happened there was no apology. Canceled the order will not go to them again. So sad as how Cole it is. They then replied to me lieing saying they didn't say they would contact me even tho they emailed me saying that . And they did NOT wait 15 mins at all! I text them 13 minutes after and they had already left, there reply is all lies

You do not place that kind of loyalty with non other than someone who deserves it and Bristol Gas fill that criteria. Staff on the phone are polite and efficient, delivery men are cheerful and always arrive when expected.
